Giuliano is a professional videographer and marketing expert with a focus on video editing, design, and web development, driven by creating visual content that tells engaging stories. He has experience in developing marketing strategies, managing client recruitment needs, and leading teams. Skilled in project management and digital marketing, Giuliano combines technical expertise with a passion for storytelling to deliver quality results that meet client expectations.

Sam is a former Police Officer, Deputy Sheriff, and Emergency Medical Technician with 6 years of prior law enforcement experience. Sam uses his prior experience to provide analysis into our clients recruiting processes and give insight on how to improve them. He also creates marketing material where is able to communicate in a way that resonates to the audience needed to recruit for law enforcement.

Sarah Jane recently graduated Summa Cum Laude from Brigham Young University, where she studied advertising with a concentration in strategy and project management. She has a breadth of experience with graphic design and brings her skills to the world of law enforcement recruitment, where she focuses on creating eye-catching advertisements to draw in candidates. She was an intern at All-Star Talent for one year previous to starting her full-time position.

Having transitioned from first responder to software development, Joe is driven by a passion for technology. His experience as a firefighter and web developer has honed his problem-solving skills, allowing him to create impactful digital solutions. He leverages his background in public safety, business, and technology consulting to enhance clients' recruiting processes and build automation tools. With expertise in software design, IT processes, and recruitment consulting, He is passionate about fixing broken things and contributing to the technological landscape.

Scott is a user experience researcher and data analyst who has a passion for system design, research, data collection, analysis, and process optimization. He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction at Indiana University-Indianapolis. With several years spent in public safety as a firefighter, Scott utilizes his unique perspective and education to leverage research methods, consulting, and analytical skills to identify insights to help organizations make key decisions and build systems that optimize performance.

As a Cognitive Psychology Ph.D. candidate, Maddie is able to draw from her background in human behavior research and data analysis to optimize the candidate experience. While working as a UX Systems Intern with All-Star Talent, Maddie applies her skills in experimental design, qualitative research methods, and data visualization to translate complex user data into actionable strategies and provide data-driven suggestions for our clientele.

Keisuke is a seasoned web designer and developer with a strong foundation in graphic design. With several years of experience in the IT industry, Keisuke has honed his skills in crafting visually compelling and highly functional websites. His expertise spans across a wide range of design and development tools, making him a versatile professional capable of handling complex projects. Keisuke is dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions that meet the specific needs of his clients, ensuring a seamless user experience and a strong online presence.

Steve worked for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation for 26 years.  Steve served in leadership roles as an Assistant Chief in the Office of Legislation and Budget Management Branch and as the Department’s Chief of Procurement.  In his last assignment Steve was an Assistant Chief in Peace Officer Selection for ten years with a focus on recruiting, process improvement, and data management.  Steve hosted a national recruiting meeting for law enforcement agencies, primarily geared to the needs of state correctional departments.  Steve is a data and results driven expert in all phases of the peace officer selection process from recruitment to appointment.
