Project Summary
Merrimack County enlisted the help of All Star Talent to recruit for multiple open positions including; Corrections Officer (CO), Bailiff, Communications Specialist, Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Licensed Nurse Assistant (LNA), and Medication Nursing Assistants. All Star Talent created a lead generating campaign along with an automated follow up system that drove potential candidates to not only apply to their desired position, but follow through during the entire hiring process. Merrimack County also opted to drive their potential candidates to Virtual Recruiting Events. Depending on the position the candidate was interested in, they had the opportunity to attend a Virtual Recruiting Event to gather more information about the organization and the position.

All-Star Talent provided marketing and recruiting services through a Facebook/instagram lead generation campaign, an automated follow up system, developing creative online ads, email marketing, daily dashboard reports, and more. These efforts were to recruit for Corrections Officer, Bailiff, Communications Specialist, Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, and License Nurse Assistant positions.
The lead generation and follow up systems that were created helped attract quality candidates to the multitude of open positions. These systems not only attracted these quality candidates, but kept them engaged throughout the entire process. The systems built by All-Star Talent were able to make the hiring process easy and efficient for the Merrimack County team to manage.
