Job Summary:
All-Star Talent Project Manager for Digital Marketing and Recruitment creates and executes project work plans and implements digital marketing campaigns, revising them appropriately to meet changing needs and requirements. Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities. Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and contract scope. Lead frequent client calls and deliver exceptional customer service to demonstrate collaborative efforts. Review deliverables prepared by the team before passing them to the client. Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, lead, and coordinate marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote careers across various industries, including law enforcement, skilled trades, mental health, and other public sector spaces.
- Manage clients and maintain project workflows, ensuring clear communication and timely updates to clients while supporting project execution from initiation to completion.
- Utilize the All-Star Recruiter app as a CRM, being able to organize recruitment stages, candidate information, email/text drip communications, messaging templates, and setting up workflows for automations
- Assess and refine marketing strategies based on organizational objectives, market trends, and performance metrics.
- Analyze the financial components of recruitment campaigns, including budgets, expenditures, optimization strategies, and client reporting.
- Design, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns, monitoring the overall performance of all client initiatives in the digital space.
- Engage with clients through presentations, marketing materials, reports, quarterly updates, and dashboards.
- Conduct market research and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Oversee social media advertising campaigns, including those on Meta, Indeed, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
- Performs other duties as required.
Required Skills and Abilities:

- Proficient in Google Docs/Sheets and Microsoft Office or similar software.
- Experience with CRM systems like Bullhorn, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar software.
- Experienced with Canva or similar platform.
- Skilled in virtual meeting platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
Preferred Skills and Abilities:
- Certification in Google Search, Display, or Video.
- Proficiency in AI prompting.
- Experience in social media management.
- Experience in designing static and motion ad creatives on Canva or other similar platform
Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of project management experience, preferably in recruitment or digital marketing.
- Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.), Master’s degree, or higher, in engineering, marketing, management, social science, STEM fields, advertising, or other related field.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
COMPENSATION
The position has a salary of $80,000 a year.
In addition to your salary, we award quarterly bonuses (four times a year in March, June, Sept, and Dec) that are commensurate with your performance within the company and our work with clients. Top bonuses in each quarter will yield a max salary of $105,000 a year.
