To support Placer County Sheriff’s Office’s unique hiring needs, we built a custom landing page that served as a central hub for four distinct positions—Deputy Sheriff, Correctional Officer, Public Safety Dispatcher, and Administrative Legal Clerk. Each role had its own dedicated detail page with clear job requirements, benefits, and application links, making it easy for candidates to find the right fit.

The page featured authentic visuals from our on-site photo and video shoot, giving applicants a genuine look into the department’s culture and work environment. Clear calls-to-action, streamlined navigation, and mobile-friendly design ensured that high-intent candidates could explore openings and apply quickly, making the landing page a key driver of engagement and application volume throughout the campaign.

Since launching the campaign in January 2024, the Placer County Sheriff’s Office has seen strong engagement across every stage of the recruitment funnel.

  • 12,571 candidates generated — representing the total reach of the campaign.
  • 9,440 placement surveys completed — a 75% conversion from initial leads.
  • 2,513 applications submitted — equating to a 27% conversion from surveys and 20% overall from leads to applications.
