Law Enforcement Chatbot

All-Star Talent implemented AI chatbots to answer candidate questions instantly, guide candidates through next steps, and provide them the guidance they need to make informed decisions about applying.

Since Kansas DOC has 8 facilities that are actively recruiting COs, AST has built separate AI chatbots for each facility that specialize in the different job specifications for each location.

Employee Engagement Survey

All-Star Talent distributed an Employee Engagement Survey to assess satisfaction levels across key aspects of the organization.

This survey examined employee perceptions of workplace culture, training quality, and overall work experience at each of the 10 KDOC facilities to identify both KDOC's strongest attributes and areas for improvement.

These insights will enable KDOC to build on its existing strengths while strategically addressing concerns to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
